Skip the Sunday Scaries

For most of us, Sunday should be the best day of the week. A chance to spend time with loved ones, or choose how you want to spend your day. But if you're anything like me, that feeling of anxiety or dead for the upcoming week starts to sneak up on me as soon as the weekend unfolds. Yep... that horrible sense of panic is what I call the Sunday Scaries.

These weekend worries are usually triggered by feeling overwhelmed by the responsibilities and tasks ahead. It can look and feel different for everyone. For me, the best way to stop the Scaries before they take hold is to feel like I'm taking control. Then, I've put together an easy-to-follow weekly checklist that I personally use every weekend. I’m sharing this to help you take back control, and start to organise the overwhelm in your own life.
