When is 2024 planner dispatch?
UPDATED: All 2024 planners are in stock and ready to ship; so please follow the standard timeline for dispatch, and a little longer in sale and new product launch times.
Can I order other SPP products with my planner?
YES, you can. Please note, however, that your order will not ship until ALL items in the order are available. You will only receive one parcel, and this may mean waiting a little longer until all your items are available and in stock.
Can I split my order?
Steph Pase Planners do not split orders. We do acknowledge that this means you may have to wait a little longer to receive your full order, but rest assured, we are doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
I'm having trouble checking out - receiving an 'update cart' error - help?
Please clear your cache, refresh your page and try to checkout again. If you are still having trouble, please email our customer service team with what you are ordering, and we will manually process your order.
What does ‘Presale’ mean?
This means that we are making this product available for you to purchase before we physically have this item available for shipping. As soon as the planners arrive at our warehouse, we will dispatch them for you ASAP! Pre-order NOW to avoid missing out, once our planners sell out, you will have missed out, as there are no re-stocks.
Why is the Limited Edition Planner more expensive?
The Kelsie Rose Limited Edition Planner range is more expensive as these products are a strictly limited edition set that come with a matching pen.
This is an SPP first time ever collaboration on planners and we are so proud of the work that went in from Kelsie creating this amazing piece especially for us! This extra special set is certainly worth it.
Do the planner covers fit the new planners?
YES, our smaller Vegan Leather covers will suit your Signature, Daily and Classic Planner (available in blush, black and grey) and our larger Vegan Leather covers suit your Business and Teacher Planner (available in blush and black).
How much is postage with Australia (domestic)?
Australian postage is free for orders over $100. For orders under $100, standard postage is $9.95. We do also offer Express shipping services on some items for an additional cost that will show for applicable orders as an option at checkout if available. How much is International Postage?
All international shipping charges are based on your location and the weight of the product’s you are purchasing. Our website will automatically quote these international shipping charges for you, and will be sent by either Australia Post or DHL Express International.

Will there be restocks of the 2024 planner range?
There will be no reorders/restock on 2024 planners! Once stocks sell out you will have missed out, so don’t delay to lock down your favourite planner for the year ahead.
Which planner should I get?

What is the weight of the planners?
Please refer to the ‘specifications’ section in your planners listing for all the info on dimensions, weights and other specifications.
Can you buy bundles?
Yes, if you check in the Planner menu, you will find the 2024 Planner Bundles, including a planner and cover bundle, and the Teacher bundle with the teacher planner and notepad.
Do discount codes apply?
Most discount codes do not apply to our planner range. Depending on your specific discount code, some have restrictions or only apply to particular collections or products. Please read the information that came with your discount code, or contact customer service for more information.
Can I use my rewards points to contribute to my planner order?
